Whatever we do in our whole day is done by our body power and energy. Muscles are the most important part of our body that helps do our works. Muscles are form of many tissues that we can expansion and combustion by our brain signals according to our need. There are lots of muscles in our outer and inner part of our body. However we will discuss about our outer body muscle like hand muscles, leg muscles and chest muscles.

Here the question arise what is muscle weakness?

When a full effort of our body does not make constriction of muscle and movement of muscle then it is called muscle weakness. It is also called muscular weakness or reduced of muscle strength.

In every day when we do too much work we feel tired which is basically tiredness of muscle so we take rest to recover our muscle power. If you are not doing any hard work but you are feeling tired so it is the matter of worry.

Symptoms of weakness of muscle

Not doing work but feeling tired

Standing for some times and you feel pain in your feet

Seating for some times and you feel pain in Waist

No energy to do work, feeling sleepy

Not enough power in leg, hips and hand muscle

Causes of weak muscle and its solutions

Not proper diet

Body making nutrients are carbohydrate and fat. Body protecting nutrients is protein. For our muscle protein is the most essential nutrients. In our diet if don’t take an essential amount of protein then our muscle constriction will decrease. Protein helps to maintain our metabolism rate. So we should include some high protein in our diet. Here is some example of high protein food

1) Egg

2) Fish

3) Red meat

4) Almond

5) Milk

6) Brown bread

7) Peanut butter

8) Soybean

9) Lentil

Except these you can take a good protein supplement.

 

Excessive masturbation

Masturbation in the teenagers is now become a addiction. Basically masturbation is not bad for health but excessive masturbation is very bad for our body contraction. Due to excessive masturbation protein level of our body decreases. For a man testosterone is the main hormone that helps to form muscle. But for masturbation testosterone level also decreases. This can be a cause of muscle weakness. So if you want to build muscular body you have to avoid masturbation.

 

Not proper sleep

When we sleep, our body gets recovery and muscles also constructed. Less sleep can cause improper digestion and enzyme problem in our digestion system. All vitamins we take by food do not implement in our body for improper digestion that is why we feel weakness. So you should take a proper sleep at night. Sleep early and wake up early in the morning.

These are actually main causes of weak muscles.

 

However muscle weakness can occur for some diseases

1) Neuromuscular disorders, such as muscular dystrophies, multiple sclerosis (MS), and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

2) Autoimmune diseases, such as Graves’ disease, myasthenia gravis

3) Thyroid conditions, such as hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism.

4) Electrolyte imbalances, such as hypokalemia (potassium deficiency), hypomagnesaemia (magnesium deficiency), and hypocalcaemia (elevated calcium in your blood)
